Dot IT - Junior Art Director

Art Director is needed in Egypt.

1. Creative & Design Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the overall visual style and creative direction for all digital marketing projects.
• Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and images, for various social media platforms.
• Perform advanced photo editing and retouching for websites, campaigns, and digital assets.
• Ensure all creative outputs meet the brand’s quality standards and support campaign objectives.
• Maintain consistency of brand identity across all creative assets and platforms.
• Stay updated with design trends, digital storytelling techniques, and emerging creative tools.

2. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of graphic designers.
• Review and approve creative work, providing constructive feedback when needed.
• Manage workflow, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Oversee and manage the team responsible for producing and editing compelling social media videos, including motion graphics and visual effects.

3. Collaboration & Campaign Development

• Work closely with the content, marketing, and strategy teams to translate ideas into strong visual concepts.
• Contribute to ideation, planning, and development of innovative digital marketing campaigns.
• Implement feedback, revisions, and performance insights to optimize creative quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media design and branding, including logo design, company profiles, and visual identity development.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and professional video editing tools.
• Hands-on experience in motion graphics and UI/UX design, with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and their visual requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, self-motivated and results-oriented.
