DevOps Developer is needed in Belgrade, Serbia.
Digital Labs, the innovation and development center of Neticon Group, is seeking a DevOps Manager / Kubernetes Administrator for a part-time contract position based in Belgrade, Serbia. The role focuses on managing SaaS product infrastructure, particularly involving Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher, and CI/CD tools. The initial project duration is 6 months with a strong possibility of extension up to 3 years. We need an experienced DevOps practitioner to lead transformation in our project pipeline, provide technical leadership, drive infrastructure automation, and work collaboratively with engineering and operational teams. The successful candidate should have excellent English skills, at least 4 years of professional experience in DevOps, and a strong background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), containerization, CI/CD, scripting, infrastructure as code, and configuration management tools. CKA certification and prior team/project management experience are beneficial. Responsibilities include evaluating and recommending infrastructure changes, conducting technical evaluations, optimizing infrastructure for e-commerce projects (Magento 2), automating deployment processes, supporting system production, designing solutions for cloud migration, and establishing DevOps best practices.
