Job Description

FWMS is a growing creative platform focused on authentic conversations, meaningful connections, and community building. We are looking for a motivated, reliable videographer to help capture the heart of FWMS through public interviews, events, and one-on-one conversations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, working with people, and capturing real moments as they happen.

Responsibilities

• Follow and film the host during public interviews, capturing natural, engaging moments.
• Film 1-on-1 interviews in controlled or semi-controlled environments.
• Capture video at FWMS events, including key moments and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Assist with recording batch content for FWMS social media platforms and website.
• Capture BTS content that reflects the energy, authenticity, and mission of FWMS.
• Help with basic setup and breakdown of filming equipment as needed.
• Work closely with the host to ensure important moments are captured in real-time.

Requirements

• Comfortable filming in public spaces and around strangers.
• Strong sense of awareness — able to anticipate moments as they unfold.
• Experience with cameras and basic videography (professional or self-taught).
• Reliable, punctual, and communicative.
• Creative eye and attention to detail.
• Comfortable moving, standing, and filming for extended periods.
• Passion for storytelling, people, and authentic content.

Schedule & Commitment

• Part-time / contract role.
• Typically once per week, with additional filming days or events as needed.
• In-person work required.

Compensation

• Paid role.
• Compensation discussed during the interview and based on experience.
