Job Description

We are looking for a creative, high-energy Videographer to capture a recurring “Day in the Life” series for the Haul of Fame. This role is perfect for a creator who excels at capturing authentic, behind-the-scenes moments and can turn them into a high volume of engaging content for our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

• On-site Shooting: Visit our warehouse every two weeks for a half-day shoot (approx. 4 hours, paid $500).
• High-Volume Output: Capture and deliver 20 to 30 short-form videos per session.
• Post-Production: Edit footage into polished, ready-to-post clips optimized for social media.
• Brand Storytelling: Document warehouse operations, team culture, and the “vibe” of the Hall of Fame brand.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in videography and editing, specifically for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Equipment: Must provide your own camera, audio gear, and editing software.
• Efficiency: Ability to work quickly on-site and meet high-volume deliverable targets.
• Reliability: Consistent bi-weekly availability is a must.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Social Media Native: Deep understanding of current trends, popular transitions, and fast-paced editing styles.
• Mobile-First Mentality: Proficiency with mobile editing tools (e.g., CapCut) or workflows that prioritize quick turnaround.
• Audio Savvy: Ability to capture clean ambient sound or “man-on-the-street” style clips in a busy warehouse environment.
• Self-Starter: A “fly-on-the-wall” shooting style—able to identify and capture great content without needing constant direction.
