Job Description

Freelance Creative - Brand Experience Designer (6-Month Contract) opportunity with a creative agency in Central London. This role is crucial to the Business Development (BD) team and has the potential for long-term work. The designer will play a key role in driving the agency’s new business success through powerful, strategic design.

As a Conceptual Designer, you will be integral to the BD team, translating core agency strategy into materials that win clients. You will work directly with the Head of Development to devise and execute innovative and creative responses to high-profile Request for Proposals (RFPs), and design sophisticated client-facing presentations and pitch decks driven by compelling storytelling.

Your responsibilities will also include managing rebranding projects, ensuring the agency’s visual identity is consistently impactful, and owning the design and production of new business assets, including proposals, marketing collateral, and communications.

Requirements

Demonstrable prior experience working within a branding, creative, or marketing agency environment in London.

Previous experience on new business pitches or within a BD team is highly advantageous.

A passion for using design as a powerful tool for generating commercial conversations and achieving measurable business growth.
