Key requirements include Unity 2D development with WebGL export, C# scripting, handling of touch input, and a focus on security with a server-authoritative approach and anti-cheat from day one. The minimum viable product should be delivered in 4-8 weeks, optimized for mobile and including leaderboard integration. A full technical specification, a prototype, design assets, and backend are already available.
