Dutch Meta Ads Lead Gen [Urgent]

We are starting a niche dating site and are seeking a hands-on Meta Ads specialist who can drive lead generation in Dutch for both the Netherlands and Flanders. The focus is on running Facebook campaigns targeting highly defined interest-based segments—not broad or generic audiences. You will translate buyer personas into precise Facebook audiences (including custom and look-alike groups), build a complete funnel in Meta Ads Manager, and set up Meta Pixel and conversion API if they are missing. The role also involves writing compelling Dutch ad copy, working with existing visuals (or suggesting improvements), and ensuring effective performance through continuous A/B testing, bid strategy optimization, and daily adjustments to budgets, placements, and creatives. We are tracking qualified lead volume and cost per lead, and expect regular weekly reports on campaign performance. The campaign infrastructure should support easy future expansion to Instagram and Messenger. Native-level Dutch and expertise in Meta’s optimization tools are essential, as well as proficiency in Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo to handle segmentation, retargeting, and follow-ups. We have recently completed successful market tests and now seek help to monetize this niche.
