Job Description

As a HUSH Motion Designer, you will be responsible for balancing workloads in various stages of production or pitch depending on the size and scale of your projects. Your primary focus will be on making and execution (80%), while also engaging in learning and concepting (20%). You will collaborate with your teammates, inspire them, and seek knowledge while working closely with the design, production, and technology teams to deliver on project needs.

You will build trusted relationships through communication and empathy, find inspiration and assist in developing creative concepts, help refine presentation decks and project details, and discuss design to be eager for feedback. You should be nimble and adaptable to changes in direction.

Evaluation will occur through semi-annual meetings assessing your progress across core responsibilities, as well as professional and personal goals.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of design experience in a high-paced design agency or corporation.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience in design and related studies.
• Proven organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Hard skills in 2D & 3D design software, animation, and/or interface design ability.
