We are NAQI water, an RO water delivery service launching in Baghdad. We are looking for a mobile app developer to build an MVP (minimum viable product) Android application that allows customers to order water, schedule deliveries, and confirm their orders via WhatsApp. Payments for orders will be cash only at launch. The app should support both Arabic and English languages, with an option for users to switch manually. Core features will include a home screen with order and package options, delivery scheduling, price summary, and WhatsApp order confirmation. The backend should be simple, using something like Firebase to store orders and manage voucher usage and bottle tracking. This MVP is customer-facing only and does not require features like in-app payments, user accounts, GPS, or push notifications. The design should be clean and minimal, in white and blue, and should deliver an Android APK, the source code, and basic admin access within 4–6 weeks.
