AI Marketing Infrastructure Specialist for Agency Clients

Hepha Marketing is a modern agency in Tokyo focused on helping small businesses succeed through branding, social media, and AI automation. We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist who can build, manage, and maintain backend systems for our clients, supporting system setup and smooth project delivery. You will set up automated pipelines, AI responders, CRM workflows, and booking systems to improve lead conversion and client communication. You will work closely with the founder and creative team, and should have experience with CRM systems like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Zoho, as well as automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Pabbly. Familiarity with AI chatbot tools, messaging automation, and website or funnel editing (such as Wix or Webflow) is a plus. The role is flexible—with opportunities for project-based or monthly engagement, potential bonuses, and long-term growth as responsibilities expand. Experience with LINE bots for Japanese clients or basic Japanese language skills are valuable but not required.

About the client
Hepha Marketing is a modern marketing agency based in Tokyo, Japan, focused on helping small businesses grow through creative branding, social media, and practical AI automation. The name Hepha comes from Hephaestus, the Greek god of fire, craftsmanship, and innovation — representing our mission to bring creativity, technology, and efficiency into traditional Japanese markets. We work with cafés, salons, boutiques, clinics, real estate companies, and service providers to bridge the gap between classic Japanese business culture and the global digital era. Our approach is built on human connection first, technology second — meaning we don’t sell tools just to look smart; we implement systems that genuinely help businesses operate smoother, communicate better, and grow revenue. Hepha is building a new category of agency in Japan:
premium aesthetic branding + modern AI systems that actually work.
