Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and proficiency in various photography and videography tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from capturing compelling images to producing engaging video content for a variety of platforms. The Photographer will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and clients, utilizing advanced editing skills and artistic vision.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, and other editing tools
• Experience with Capture One and Final Cut Pro for professional photo editing and video production
• Strong understanding of color theory and color management principles for accurate image reproduction
• Skilled in photo editing, photo manipulation, art direction, videography, and filming techniques
• Knowledge of journalism principles as they relate to storytelling through visual media
• Ability to manage social media platforms effectively by creating engaging visual content
• Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and detail in both photography and videography projects
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively

Duties

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos across different settings, ensuring technical excellence and artistic expression
• Manage all aspects of post-production editing using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Final Cut Pro to enhance images and videos
• Conduct color management and color correction to ensure consistency across all visual content
• Develop creative concepts in collaboration with art direction teams for photoshoots and video projects
• Film and produce video content, including filming, editing, and post-production workflows using Adobe Premiere and other editing software
• Manipulate photos through photo editing and photo manipulation techniques to meet project specifications
• Oversee social media management by creating visually appealing content that aligns with branding strategies
• Maintain equipment, manage digital assets, and organize files efficiently for seamless workflow continuity
• Stay updated on current trends in photography, videography, art direction, and social media to ensure innovative content creation
