Job Description

We are seeking a Video Content Creator to produce high-quality video content for social media and promotional marketing campaigns. This role involves filming, editing, and collaborating closely with our team to create engaging, on-brand video content. The ideal candidate is hands-on and creative — someone who can capture footage, bring it into post-production, and shape it into compelling stories for social platforms and marketing use. This is not a filmmaker role and not a camera-only position. It’s a content-driven role focused on social media, promotion, storytelling, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form video content for social media, including event recaps and promotional calls
• Capture B-roll, meetings, interviews, and promotional footage
• Edit promotional property and informational videos for YouTube
• Organize footage, select strong cuts, and apply basic motion effects when needed
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maintain brand consistency across all video content

Requirements

• Experience with video shooting and editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of After Effects for standard effects and animations
• Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and audio capture and editing

Nice to Have (Plus)

• Experience with Sony Alpha cameras
• Experience using external lighting setups
• Experience with DJI gimbals (Ronin / RS series)
• Experience with Zoom audio recorders
• Drone operation experience (DJI)
• Motion graphics skills (After Effects)
• Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Compensation and Work Location

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
