Job Description

I am seeking a dynamic and creative Videographer/Editor to bring our visual storytelling to life! In this role, you will be responsible for capturing compelling footage and transforming it into polished, engaging videos that resonate with our audience. Your expertise in videography and post-production will help create faith-based content across multiple platforms, establishing our brand presence and communication efforts. This is a new opportunity for someone passionate about creating visual media, eager to produce high-quality videos that inspire, inform, and share the gospel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up equipment, lighting, and framing shots to ensure high-quality footage.
• Capture a variety of content including personal testimonies, promotional videos, event coverage, and social media clips.
• Edit raw footage using industry-standard software Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro to create compelling narratives.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and other tools to enhance video storytelling.
• Manage post-production tasks including color correction, sound editing, and adding music or voiceovers for a polished final product.
• Collaborate with a small creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists aligned with project goals.
• Maintain organized digital archives of footage, project files, and assets for efficient workflow management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography and video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom), along with Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Solid understanding of post-production processes including color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics.
• Skilled in filming techniques, camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording.
• Knowledge of photography principles and experience capturing high-quality images is a plus.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
