Freelance AI & Automation Specialist – Short-Term MissionUrgent

AI Engineer is needed in France.

We are looking for an experienced freelance professional to set up an AI agents and business automation architecture covering admin, inbound sales, email, and content management. The main goal is to create a system that allows for full internal autonomy after the mission is completed. The project involves centralizing knowledge such as documents, offers, and processes, qualifying and prioritizing inbound leads, automating email sorting and prioritization, and establishing an automated digital presence for content and publishing. The solution must be simple, well-documented, scalable, and easily controlled in-house without vendor lock-in. The preferred stack includes Notion or Airtable for structure and operations, n8n or Make for automation management, OpenAI/GPT for AI agents, and standard tools for forms, email, and social media. No use of opaque proprietary solutions is allowed. The ideal candidate should be a senior freelancer with strong experience in n8n or Make, a solid understanding of AI agents and structured prompting, have a business-oriented mindset, and be able to clearly document and transfer knowledge. The mission is short-term (2 to 4 weeks), fully remote, and could lead to future collaborations.
