I am a non-technical founder developing a lean SaaS MVP aimed at independent restaurants. The goal is to create a product that automatically tracks competitor menus, pricing, promotions, and social media activity, then delivers restaurant owners a weekly insight email with clear recommended actions. This is for a real SaaS product, focusing on a clean, practical dashboard, emphasizing usability and proven no-code patterns over custom visual design. The MVP should include user signup/login, onboarding (business and competitors), automated competitor monitoring using third-party tools, a weekly AI-generated insight report, delivery of that report via email, a basic dashboard to view competitors and reports, and a tiered subscription setup using Stripe. The preferred stack includes Bubble.io, Make.com or similar for automation, a tool like Browse.ai or Apify for monitoring, OpenAI API for summaries, and Stripe for payments, but I am open to clear alternatives. The expectation is to work closely with a freelancer who has proven SaaS MVP experience, can advise on simplifying scope, clearly explain decisions, and quickly deliver a stable first version. The project timeline is 4–6 weeks, and if the collaboration is a good fit, there is potential for future work.
