We are seeking a creative and talented Social Media Videographer to join our team. This role involves producing engaging video content tailored for various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media, possess strong technical skills, and stay updated with current social media trends. Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos optimized for social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with content lead to develop creative concepts that align with brand messaging.
• Manage all aspects of video production from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and special effects using Adobe After Effects or Final Cut Pro to enhance video content.
• Capture compelling footage through filming and photography to support various campaigns.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere or other editing software, ensuring consistency in style and quality.
• Maintain an organized archive of video assets and project files.
• Stay informed about social media trends and incorporate innovative techniques to maximize audience engagement.

Requirements

• Experience with social media including short form videos, typically one minute and 15-30 second spots, as well as longer ones.
• Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.
• Strong videography skills with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling through visuals. Humor is a must!
• Knowledge of post-production processes including color correction, sound editing, and visual effects.
• Ability to film high-quality videos both indoors and outdoors.
• Excellent understanding of social media platform specifications and best practices for video content.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging social media videos.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 3 years of videography experience (Required).
• Ability to commute to Harpers Ferry, WV 25425 (Required).

Additional Information

Pay: $23.79 - $28.66 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week
