Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing digital media company seeking a highly talented and innovative Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join their fully remote creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to craft compelling visual narratives and bring creative concepts to life through dynamic motion graphics. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality motion graphics for a variety of projects, including marketing campaigns, explainer videos, social media content, and internal communications. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and extensive experience with industry-standard software. You will work collaboratively with art directors, designers, and marketing teams to translate project requirements into visually stunning animated assets. Your responsibilities will include creating storyboards, developing 2D and 3D animations, incorporating typography, sound design, and visual effects. You will also play a key role in developing and maintaining animation styles and best practices. This fully remote position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting tight deadlines. Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics for various media platforms.
• Create animated explainers, promotional videos, social media assets, and other motion-driven content.
• Develop storyboards, animatics, and style frames to visualize concepts.
• Animate logos, graphics, text, and characters with precision and creativity.
• Incorporate visual effects, sound design, and music to enhance motion graphics.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to style guides across all motion graphics projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept through final delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics and animation.
• Contribute to the creative brainstorming and conceptualization process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse animation styles and techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D (or similar 3D software), and the full Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with character animation, 3D modeling, and rendering is a plus.
• Excellent sense of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback.
