Qualify Incoming Leads & Arrange Appointments [Urgent]

We are looking for an AI developer to collaborate on a long-term, ongoing project focused on automating lead qualification and appointment setting for a sales team. The project involves designing and building an AI agent that manages lead intake from various sources, analyzes lead quality based on factors such as industry, company size, expressed need, urgency, and potential budget, and assigns a lead score (hot, warm, or cold). Depending on the score, the agent will take appropriate automated actions, such as sending tailored emails, proposing meeting slots, managing CRM records, and notifying the sales team. The agent should continuously learn which leads convert and optimize communication strategies for better conversion rates. You will work alongside an experienced business project lead who will provide business logic, use cases, and manage project delivery. Strong experience in building production-ready AI, automation workflows, and APIs is required.

I’m a business-oriented project lead working on AI-powered automation solutions for companies, with a strong focus on sales and customer operations. My role is to design the business logic, define the use cases, and manage projects end-to-end, while collaborating with experienced developers to build and implement AI agents (lead qualification, sales automation, CRM workflows, and internal process automation). The goal is to help SMEs and growing companies save time, improve efficiency, and scale their operations using practical and reliable AI systems — not experimental tech, but solutions with clear ROI.
