Digital Marketing Conversion Expert (DM Marketing) [Urgent]

Our client operates a private, values-led women’s community that caters to a discerning audience. We are looking for a DM Closer who is skilled in targeting and converting leads on social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate will communicate with empathy, discretion, and clarity, converting qualified leads into paid community members without using spammy sales tactics. The role requires strong emotional intelligence, confidentiality, persuasive written skills, and experience with high-value or private clientele. You should be able to handle sensitive conversations, track conversions, and align messaging directly with the founder. You will work remotely in a contract, full-time capacity as part of Biz Afric Solutions, a business advisory and talent consulting firm.
