Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to enhance organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Google AdWords to maximize ROI.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms using copywriting skills and graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain and update content management systems like WordPress and other CMS platforms to ensure website freshness and relevance.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; adjust strategies based on data insights to improve conversion optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing automation workflows that nurture leads and enhance customer engagement in e-commerce environments.
• Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia assets that support branding initiatives across digital channels.
• Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, B2B marketing, and performance marketing to continually refine tactics.
• Manage social media management tasks including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring brand reputation across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM campaigns, social media management, and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL or similar coding languages is preferred for technical optimization tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
• Skilled in content creation including copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite), and content management systems such as WordPress.
• Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques to improve landing pages and user journeys for better lead generation.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions; familiarity with performance marketing metrics is essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for staying ahead of digital trends in e-commerce, B2B marketing, SEO best practices, and emerging advertising platforms.
