Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Camera Operator and Video Editor to join our dynamic media production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage, editing videos, and creating compelling visual content that aligns with our brand and project goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about videography, photography, and digital content creation to showcase their skills in a collaborative environment. Note that candidates will be needed 1-2 Sundays a month and must be willing to travel to different areas around the Horry County Area.

Requirements

Duties:

• Operate professional filming equipment to capture engaging video footage for various projects, including commercials, social media content, and corporate videos.
• Edit raw footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Avid to produce polished final products.
• Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and animations using Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 2D/3D animation tools to enhance video content.
• Manage photo shoots and perform photo editing/manipulation using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Adobe Bridge.
• Design graphics and layouts for multimedia projects utilizing Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain organized content management systems and FTP servers for efficient storage and retrieval of media files.
• Collaborate with clients or team members to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets specifications.
• Stay updated on current trends in videography, photography, motion graphics, and digital content creation to ensure innovative output.

Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Avid.
• Strong knowledge of photo editing and manipulation using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One.
• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects or Cinema 4D.
• Ability to operate professional filming equipment and manage videography projects from concept to completion.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Knowledge of 3D animation tools like Maya or other animation software is a plus.
• Understanding of content management systems and FTP protocols for media storage.
• Excellent eye for detail in both video production and photo editing workflows.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members or clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per day
