Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, photography, or social media content creation with a strong portfolio of TikTok or Instagram videos
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro or comparable tools
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques for social media platforms
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms for publishing related content
• Strong understanding of social media management tools and analytics platforms including Google Analytics for performance tracking
• Ability to craft compelling copywriting that complements visual content for captions and descriptions
• Skills in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) to enhance visual storytelling elements
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus for customizing embedded videos or integrating with websites
• Experience in digital marketing strategies such as email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude to adapt quickly to evolving trends

Duties

• Plan and execute creative filming sessions tailored for TikTok and Instagram, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals
• Capture high-quality video footage using professional cameras, smartphones, or other recording devices, emphasizing vibrant visuals and engaging storytelling
• Edit videos efficiently using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools to produce polished final cuts
• Incorporate trending audio, effects, filters, and transitions to maximize content appeal on social media platforms
• Collaborate with the content team to develop innovative concepts that support overall content strategy and marketing campaigns
• Manage content scheduling and upload videos in accordance with platform best practices and optimal engagement times
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging features to keep content fresh and relevant
