Job Description

Drunken Cookies is seeking a Content Creator to capture the excitement of the San Sebastián Festival (Sanse 2026). This role is not for a standard intern; we offer premium rates ($20/hr) for a creator who grasps viral hooks, CapCut trends, and can lead a crowd in a vibrant atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Shoot High-Quality Content: Capture the crowd’s energy, our staff, and our popular “Drunken Cookies” and alcoholic slushies.
• Direct the Vibe: Take an active role in directing customers and staff to create enjoyable and engaging moments like reviews, challenges, and toasts.
• Edit On-Site: Deliver 3–5 polished, ready-to-post videos (Reels/TikToks) during your shift using CapCut or InShot.
• Trend Spotting: Identify and execute current audio trends and hooks before and during your shift.

Requirements

• Proven Portfolio: A link to your social media portfolio (TikTok/IG) showcasing videos with 10k+ views is required.
• Reliable Logistics: You must have your own reliable transportation to Old San Juan, considering heavy traffic and limited access during festival hours.
• Editing Skills: Advanced proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush).
• Personality: You must be outgoing and comfortable engaging with strangers and energizing a crowd.
• Reliability: Sobriety during working hours is mandatory due to the high-stakes nature of the event.
• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Schedule

• Dates: January 15, 16, 17, and 18, 2026.
• Shifts: Flexible, typically late afternoon/evening/night during peak festival hours.

Compensation & Perks

• $20.00 per hour (Guaranteed).
• Viral Bonus: $200 cash bonus for any video achieving 50k+ views within 24 hours.
