Club Werewolf is a mix between among us’ game of social deception and early internet chat rooms like Club Penguin – but with werewolves! In this Tudor town, a villager goes missing every night.

Who is Sweetlads? Sweetlads was founded in 2020 with the vision to foster a space for creativity and connection to flourish together. We’re a small team of 2-3, working part-time. Whilst our staff have made games before, this is the studios first game. We’ve made the conscious effort to pay staff, rather than use a revenue-share model to take the risk off your shoulders. This is supported by a day-job and dipping heavily into savings.

What will I do?

• Manage multiplayer systems using Mirror
• Manage our integration with steamworks
• Manage our Steam inventory system and economy
• Implement UI
• Playtest and bug fix
• Manage branches on Github
• Manage tasks via Trello
• Communicate via Discord
• Provide monthly invoices
• Report to the Director

Requirements

What skills are you looking for?

• Proficiency in C#, Unity and Github
• A strong ability to problem solve and bug-fix
• Experience making games
• Ability to receive feedback and follow direction
• Comfortable working independently and with the team
• Ability to predict future problems with given tasks and communicate this
• Residency and right to work in the UK
• Fluent English

What experience would be a bonus?

• Developing games end to end
• Publishing games on Steam
• Managing Steam’s Inventory service
• Integrating mods/Steam’s workshop
• Managing multiplayer systems and servers
• Automating systems
