We are Lightsteps, seeking an experienced Data Engineer & Analyst for a full-time contract position. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining robust ELT pipelines using technologies including Snowflake, Airflow, Pyspark, AWS, Fivetran, and dbt. You will manage and support legacy and modern data systems, ensuring data quality, observability, and the timely delivery of information to our Snowflake data warehouse. The role includes developing automated workflows for data integration, migration support from legacy environments, maintaining documentation, and collaborating closely with BI and architecture teams to solve business problems. Strong SQL, experience with pipeline orchestration, and a solid background in data engineering are required. Familiarity with cloud environments, BI tools, and data governance is preferred.

Budget range:
$3,000 - $4,000 per Month
