We are looking for a senior strategic finance leader to join our team in a fractional or part-time capacity, working remotely from Spain or elsewhere in the EU. The expert will be responsible for unlocking funding, structuring the company for investors, and optimizing cross-border growth. Experience in production finance is a plus, but the primary focus is on strategic thinking, identifying financing opportunities, and designing company and project-level structures that benefit a creative business. You will advise on corporate structuring, build financial models, prepare investment packages, and act as a trusted advisor to the founder. Familiarity with EU and US cross-border structures, investor readiness, and financing in the media sector is valued. This role is designed to build a scalable, investor-friendly company structure that increases access to capital and maximizes IP value while supporting the company’s long-term growth.
