Job Description

We are looking for 1–2 videographers/content creators to join us during an upcoming convention and capture engaging video content for social media. This role focuses on filming our team, conducting on-camera interviews, capturing high-quality B-roll, and editing content that showcases the energy of the event and provides strong social proof for our brand. If you’re comfortable working in a live event environment and enjoy creating short-form, engaging content, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film our team throughout the convention, including candid moments, interactions, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Conduct on-site interviews to create authentic, engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Capture high-quality B-roll of the event, venue, crowd, and activities to highlight the excitement and atmosphere.
  • Edit footage into polished, social-media-ready videos using industry-standard editing software.
  • Apply basic motion graphics, color correction, and sound editing to enhance overall video quality.
  • Organize and deliver edited content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience with videography and video editing, preferably in event, convention, or live environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom; Final Cut Pro is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, audio capture, and stabilization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with creating engaging short-form content for social media is highly preferred.
  • Aspiring videographers or photographers with solid editing skills are welcome to apply.
