Requirements

• Proven experience in sports photography or videography with a strong portfolio demonstrating action shots and dynamic visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere) as well as Capture One and Final Cut Pro for editing and post-production.
• Strong understanding of photo editing techniques, photo manipulation, color management, and art direction principles.
• Skilled in filming and videography techniques specific to fast-paced sports environments.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for maximizing content reach.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients or event teams effectively.
• Ability to work independently in variable outdoor or indoor settings while managing multiple projects efficiently.

Duties

• Capture high-quality photographs during live sporting events, including action shots, team portraits, and candid moments that tell a story.
• Film engaging video footage of sporting activities, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content for post-production use.
• Edit photos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to enhance image quality, manipulate visuals, and ensure accurate color representation.
• Manage post-production workflows with tools like Capture One, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere for seamless photo editing and video editing.
• Apply color management principles and color theory knowledge to produce visually striking images that meet artistic and branding standards.
• Collaborate with clients or event organizers to understand their visual needs and deliver tailored content that aligns with their goals.
• Maintain equipment, ensure proper file organization, and deliver finished media promptly for social media management or publication purposes.
