restoring some Hieronymus Wierix engravings which I have as jpg images [Urgent]

There are 20 engravings (prints) from Hieronymus Wierix that I have as jpg images. They need to be touched up or redone to a certain extent so that they are possible to use as a standalone clean picture in a book. They could potentially be colored as well. The series features images of the child Jesus and a heart. I am a traditional Catholic and wish to publish a book on Jesus living in our hearts, which will be especially for the young but also for all ages. You will be required to restore the images to ensure they are suitable for publication. References and example files can be provided.

Budget range:
300-2,000 USD depending on if it is just a clean up or a full restoration, and or coloring and or redoing of some pictures
