Cover Artist for Sci-Fi Novel [Searching]

I’m an author working on a science fiction series set in a future district that was once Russia. I’m looking for a talented cover artist, painter, or illustrator to create a novel cover that reflects the Russian influences and landmarks present in my story. Ideally, I’d like to work with someone with Russian roots or a strong understanding of Russian culture. This is a single cover design with the possibility of future work and, if it goes well, could become a long-term collaboration. You will be able to work remotely.
