Senior Software Engineer (Golang, Microservices)
I am looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Golang, microservices, and event-driven architectures to help build and scale a production-grade fintech platform. This role involves taking ownership of core services, designing reliable distributed systems, and collaborating closely with product and cross-functional teams to deliver important features. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Go microservices and manage Kafka-based event pipelines to ensure the platform is reliable, secure, and observable. The work is fully remote, and you’ll contribute to system design, technical documentation, and mentoring where needed. Ideal candidates should have a solid background in Golang, distributed systems, and experience with cloud deployments (AWS preferred), as well as knowledge in APIs, databases, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. Conversational English and Spanish is a plus.
