About the Role

• Job Title: Talend Developer
• Location: 100% Remote (Tampa, FL, 33647)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data integration workflows using Talend ETL tools.
• Utilize Talend Data Integration and Data Mapper modules with strong hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare file formats such as X12, JSON, XML, flat files, and Excel.
• Working knowledge of both MongoDB and relational databases.
• Basic to intermediate coding skills in Java or Python for custom transformations.
• Develop and manage data pipelines using Databricks notebooks (PySpark/SQL).
• Manage Databricks clusters and jobs with a focus on performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
• Integrate Talend workflows with Databricks Delta Lake for data storage and processing.
• Implement a data Lakehouse architecture for structured and semi-structured data.
• Optimize Spark jobs for performance and cost efficiency.
• Create and optimize notebooks and queries for data-driven insights and reports.

Requirements

• Experience with Databricks.
• Proficiency in Talend.
• Knowledge of healthcare data processing, EDI/claims, and open enrollments.
• Expertise in data mapper modules.

Position Information

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, influenced by factors such as location, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
