Job Description

Our client is seeking a strategic and creative Senior Content Marketing Strategist to join their growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Canada. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing our client’s content strategy to attract, engage, and convert target audiences across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive, multi-channel content marketing strategy aligned with business goals, conducting audience research, creating and managing editorial calendars, overseeing the creation of high-quality content, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, distributing and promoting content, analyzing performance, developing content governance standards, staying informed on industry trends, and measuring key content marketing KPIs.

Requirements

Qualifications for the role include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, a minimum of 6 years of experience in content marketing, a proven track record of successful content programs, expertise in SEO best practices, a strong understanding of content formats across the buyer’s journey, proficiency with content management systems and marketing automation platforms, excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, experience managing editorial calendars, creativity, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

A portfolio showcasing successful content marketing campaigns and deliverables is highly desirable.
