Badminton tournament Registration, schedule with showtimes

I am organizing a badminton tournament and need a website to simplify administration and provide participants with real-time updates. I would like a site where participants can register with an email verification and password. Mandatory registration fields include player names, team name, phone number, and optionally a second email. Participants should be able to log in later to update their information and receive a confirmation email after registering. The admin backend should allow creating new tournaments, setting dates, titles, and teams, managing all registrations, and setting a maximum team cap that automatically manages a waiting list. On the tournament day, match pairings for each round are prepared externally and need to be imported into the admin area via copy/paste from Excel, updating the website schedule. The site should be mobile-optimized, and allow players to view matches and highlight their team in the schedule.
