Job Title: Digital Content & Social Media Manager – Public Health Campaigns

Location: Remote (with flexible hours and virtual check-ins)

Employment Type: Contract (Part-Time, ~20 hrs/week)

Contract Term: Estimated January–June 2026

Pay Rate: $85/hour

Start Date: Contingent on contract award (mid-January 2026)

We are hiring a Digital Content & Social Media Manager to execute content strategy and manage outreach for a community health campaign focused on suicide prevention and gambling awareness. This is a temporary contract opportunity, contingent upon our successful contract award.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce content (graphics, videos, PSAs, infographics) for digital and print
• Manage and schedule social posts across Facebook and Instagram (3+ posts/week)
• Support monthly newsletter production
• Track analytics and optimize campaign performance
• Maintain and organize content library
• Align all materials with style guide and branding

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital content creation and social media management
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual and written work
• Experience with public health, nonprofit, or human services organizations preferred
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other media design tools
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Additional Information

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week

Work Location: Remote
