Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Generalist at Sectona, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels. Your focus will be on driving awareness, lead generation, and engagement, particularly in SEO, LinkedIn, and other social platforms, while collaborating closely with marketing, sales, product, and content teams to align outcomes with business goals.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-4 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B/SaaS environment (cybersecurity experience a plus).
• Strong SEO expertise with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience executing campaigns on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Experience with marketing and SEO tools such as Semrush, SE Ranking, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Familiarity with paid campaign setup (LinkedIn ads and search ads).
• Data-driven and comfortable using analytics to make recommendations.
• Ability to distil performance data into actionable insights and present them clearly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative mindset to work across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem solver with a results-oriented attitude.

Preferred Educational Background:

• Master’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in any IT field is good to have.
