Job Description

Drunken Cookies is looking for a Content Creator to capture the madness and magic of the San Sebastián Festival (Sanse 2026). This position offers premium pay ($20/hr) for a creator who understands viral hooks, CapCut trends, and how to direct a crowd in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Shoot High-Quality Content: Capture the energy of the crowd, our staff, and our famous “Drunken Cookies” and alcoholic slushies.
• Direct the Vibe: Actively direct customers and staff to create fun, engaging moments (reviews, challenges, toasts).
• Edit On-Site: Edit and deliver 3–5 polished, ready-to-post videos (Reels/TikToks) during your shift using CapCut or InShot.
• Trend Spotting: Identify current audio trends and “hooks” before the shift and execute them with our team.

Requirements

• Proven Portfolio: Provide a link to your social media portfolio (TikTok/IG) showcasing videos that have performed well (10k+ views).
• Reliable Logistics: Must have a reliable way to get into Old San Juan and plan for heavy traffic and limited access during festival hours.
• Editing Skills: Advanced proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush).
• Personality: Must be comfortable approaching strangers and hyping up a crowd.
• Reliability: Sobriety during working hours is required for this high-stakes event.
• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Schedule

• Dates: January 15, 16, 17, and 18, 2026.
• Shifts: Flexible, typically late afternoon/evening/night shifts during peak festival hours.

Compensation & Perks

• $20.00 per hour (Guaranteed).
• Viral Bonus: $200 Cash Bonus for any video posted that hits 50k+ views within 24 hours.
