Job Description

Kailey Anna is hiring a YouTube Producer & Growth Strategist to operate as a creative and operational partner. This role involves owning the YouTube workflow end-to-end, including developing concepts, leading on-site production, and ensuring consistent publishing and repurposing of content. The candidate must understand YouTube as a performance-driven platform and create a repeatable weekly system that runs smoothly without constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities

YouTube Strategy & Content Development

• Research and identify content formats, hooks, and topics currently performing within the channel’s niche.
• Translate platform insights into channel-specific video concepts with clear performance intent.
• Build and maintain a repeatable weekly content system aligned with long-term channel growth.

Packaging & Pre-Production

• Develop a complete concept package for each video prior to filming, including title direction, thumbnail concept, hook, and outline.
• Ensure filming sessions are planned, intentional, and structured for efficiency.
• Source, coordinate, and schedule guests for show-style or interview-based content when applicable.

On-Site Production Leadership

• Lead one consistent on-site filming day per week in the Phoenix metro area.
• Manage the flow of the shoot to maximize output and minimize downtime.
• Ensure multiple usable assets are captured during each filming session.

Post-Production & Editorial Oversight

• Coordinate with editors to ensure fast turnaround and adherence to creative direction.
• Provide clear briefs, notes, and feedback to maintain quality and consistency.
• Manage timelines, revisions, and approvals through final delivery.

Publishing & Channel Operations

• Oversee upload readiness, scheduling, and publishing of all long-form content.
• Ensure each video is packaged correctly at the time of release.
• Maintain consistency in posting cadence and execution.

Short-Form Repurposing

• Ensure each long-form video is repurposed into short-form clips to support distribution and discovery.
• Coordinate repurposing timelines and execution while maintaining ownership of outcomes.

Operational Communication

• Provide proactive updates on production progress, timelines, and next steps.
• Identify and resolve blockers independently to keep content moving forward.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing or operating YouTube channels with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of YouTube packaging, retention, and performance mechanics.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end and execute quickly without micromanagement.
• Comfortable leading in-person production and coordinating people and logistics.
• Organized, decisive, and outcome-oriented working style.

Compensation

This role begins with a paid trial to confirm fit, speed, and execution quality.

• Hourly: $35–$60/hour, depending on experience and results.
• Trial packages: Typically $500–$1,500 per week for clearly defined deliverables.
• Higher trial packages may be considered for candidates with exceptional proof of YouTube performance.
