Job Description
This is a remote position with Sell2Rent, an innovative startup focused on growth and excellence. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to contribute to our marketing efforts across all channels. The role involves coordinating investor growth marketing initiatives and generating leads through various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all efforts within the Investor Growth Marketing area.
- Identify and generate investor leads through digital marketing, communities, partnerships, and strategic outreach.
- Improve the investor journey, process, and experience.
- Leverage SEO, GEO, content creation, and social media campaigns to generate investor leads.
- Monitor and analyze investor generation campaigns, providing reports to optimize performance.
- Focus on Marketing ROI and cost per lead.
- Enhance the overall marketing process to sell deals faster and more efficiently to investors.
- Improve IA strategy to automate processes.
- Build long-term relationships with investors, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, investor behaviors, and potential opportunities.
- Track and analyze investor data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and understand investor preferences.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts with investor needs and Company OKRs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in growth marketing.
- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, GEO, paid media, content creation, and business development.
- Familiarity with CRM systems: Zoho, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing a team.
Skills
- Expertise in creating targeted marketing campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and inquisitive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in startups is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
