Title: Marketing Manager

Location: 420 5th Avenue, New York, NY 10018

Hybrid: Max 2 days/week

Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST

Pay Rate: $40.44/hr paid weekly! on W2

Start Date: 2/2/2026

Duration: Temp to hire

Contract Length: 5 months | Extension + Conversion Opportunities Available

The Marketing Manager will support and drive the email, direct mail, SMS/MMS, and digital targeting lists production process. This includes coordinating the delivery of material/assets and ensuring that all required activities are completed to meet deadlines. The specialist is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all campaigns.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Experience trafficking activities across multiple team members/functions.
• Experience using a trafficking tool or production management software to coordinate activities.
• Ability to problem-solve and exercise critical thinking in a technical environment.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task while managing multiple projects from start to finish.
• Strong project management skills; ability to prioritize one’s day.
• Great interpersonal skills; capable of supporting a team environment.
• Detail & process oriented.
• Proficient on targeting tool (Unica 12 preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Adobe Analytics preferred.
• Detail-oriented.
• QA email rendering and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Perform data testing.
• Circulate proofs for approval.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with SQL.
• Customer digital targeting experience.
• Experience with Unica IBM 10/12.
• Experience with Oracle Responsys.
