UX & Product Design Expert for LLM Safety Red-Teaming (Rubric-Based)
We’re working with a major AI lab to evaluate an LLM in realistic professional UX workflows. We need experienced UX professionals who can design or apply rubrics and identify contextual misuse risks such as privacy, manipulation, and unsafe advice in model outputs. You will review LLM model outputs for UX/product design prompts including onboarding flows, consent UX, healthcare/finance UX patterns, and accessibility. The role includes creating or refining scoring rubrics across dimensions like privacy risk, dark patterns, policy evasion, user harm, and clarity. You will write concise evaluations including scores, rationales, and suggestions for safer outputs, and propose red-team prompts that reflect realistic scenarios of possible misuse. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in UX/Product Design or UX Research in regulated domains, experience developing evaluation rubrics or structured reviews, and familiarity with accessibility standards, privacy-by-design, consent patterns, and risk in persuasive UX.
