Job Description

An award-winning production company based in North London is looking for a Designer to join their studio team. This role requires the ability to produce both Motion Design and Static Graphics with hybrid work options available. The successful candidate will create Graphic Design for digital and print formats, and Motion Design across live production, digital content, and original formats. Responsibilities include designing for client pitches, proposals, deck presentations, brand assets, short-form video assets, animated explainers, animated titles, and sizzle elements. The role is diverse, involving design and animation for digital, social, broadcast, and live environments.

Requirements

Key skills required for this position include:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro
• Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and composition
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Keen eye for detail and quality control

Experience within sport, broadcast, or live production environments is advantageous but not essential. Basic video editing and finishing skills, along with the ability to travel for shoots or client meetings, are expected. Flexibility to work late or on weekends during busy periods may be required.
