Job Description

We’re an agency that caters to the food/restaurant industries. We help our clients craft their social strategy, create amazing content, talk to their customers, and brainstorm creative ideas. We’re not the typical agency but aim to be an extension of our clients’ marketing teams - working together to meet their goals.

We’re looking for a freelance content creator to execute monthly shoots for our clients. This position works closely with our creative director and account managers to fulfill the creative needs for each client. The emphasis is on content for social media but can occasionally include press, website, menu, and email marketing creatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of photography/videography experience with an emphasis on content for food or product
• Advanced with a DSLR camera and artificial lighting setups
• Extremely comfortable shooting short-form video content with DSLR and phone
• A deep understanding of social media and the types of content that perform well on each platform
• Understanding of advanced photography principles such as: exposure, depth of field, image composition, lighting, etc.
• Expert in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
• Experience with basic food styling and props
• Organized and excellent attention to detail
• A love of food and an eagerness to collaborate with a small, dedicated team

Responsibilities

• Work with account managers to create and review shot lists to fulfill monthly content needs
• Collaborate with creative director and account manager on content inspiration and brainstorm creative concepts
• Execute on-location (at restaurant) shoots ranging from 3-5 hours
• Edit & retouch content in a timely manner and deliver final creatives to account manager
• Organize content libraries for each client
