Job Description

An award-winning production company based in North London is seeking a Designer to join their studio team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both Motion Design and Static Graphics. This role offers a hybrid work scheme and presents a fantastic opportunity for a multi-disciplined Designer to create Graphic Design (both digital and print) and Motion Design across live production, digital content, and original formats. You will be involved in designing for client pitches, proposals, deck presentations, brand assets, short-form video assets, animated explainers, animated titles, and sizzle elements.

Requirements

Key skills required for this position include:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro

Candidates should demonstrate the following:

• A strong eye for layout, typography, color, and composition
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• The capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for detail and quality control

It is advantageous (but not essential) to have experience working in sports, broadcast, or live production environments, as well as working knowledge of basic video editing and finishing skills. The role may occasionally require travel to shoots or client meetings. Additionally, during busy periods with tight deadlines, you may need to work later into the day or on weekends.
