JOB DESCRIPTION
Xsolla is a global commerce company specializing in tools and services for developers in the video game industry, ranging from indie to AAA. They help companies with funding, distribution, marketing, and monetizing games. The company operates from Los Angeles, California, and has assisted over 1,500 game developers in reaching broader audiences.
We are seeking a Graphic Designer – E-Commerce & Gaming who is collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on creating performance-driven digital assets for e-commerce/corporate initiatives and gaming products. Candidates should be adept at managing multiple projects and responding to stakeholder feedback.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial, as well as the ability to integrate AI tools into design workflows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design high-quality graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media assets, email graphics/templates, and promotional materials.
- Create visually compelling e-commerce assets such as product presentations and interactive visuals.
- Support game marketing with promotional artwork and campaign assets.
- Optimize deliverables for multiple formats and maintain brand consistency.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate briefs into effective design solutions.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and reusable design systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in ideation sessions.
- Present design rationale clearly and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Stay current on design trends and best practices in e-commerce and gaming marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in e-commerce, gaming, or performance marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital marketing assets, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with multi-platform optimization and digital asset preparation.
- Familiarity with collaborative project environments (e.g., Jira).
- Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple projects.
NICE TO HAVE
- Illustration skills for enhancing marketing assets.
- Motion graphics knowledge to translate assets into motion workflows.
- Basic knowledge of 3D tools and familiarity with game engines.
- Experience with video editing tools and understanding of A/B testing concepts.
- Awareness of accessibility design practices.

The listed salary range is specific to Los Angeles, CA, and varies based on location and experience.
