Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Content Producer to help create content for a political candidate in the Arizona Senate (Republican). The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, managing all aspects of video production from concept to post-production, and ensuring visual storytelling aligns with brand objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and contribute to engaging multimedia projects across various platforms.

Duties

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute video content for marketing, social media, and internal communications
• Operate filming equipment and capture compelling footage using videography best practices
• Edit videos utilizing industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Avid
• Enhance visual content through photo editing, photo manipulation, motion graphics, and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Create engaging animations including 2D and 3D (using Maya, Cinema 4D, or similar tools) for videos and presentations
• Develop storyboards and scripts to communicate creative ideas effectively
• Manage post-production workflows including color correction, sound editing, and visual effects with tools like Adobe After Effects and Final Cut Pro
• Organize digital assets using FTP and content management systems for efficient project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets branding standards and project deadlines
• Stay updated on industry trends in video production, motion graphics, and digital content creation

Requirements

• Proven experience in video production, editing, and post-production workflows
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer
• Strong skills in photo editing, photo manipulation, motion graphics, and graphic design
• Experience with 3D animation (Maya or Cinema 4D) and 2D animation techniques is a plus
• Knowledge of videography techniques including filming and lighting setup
• Familiarity with content management systems and FTP for digital asset management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• A portfolio demonstrating previous video projects showcasing technical skills and creative vision
