Job Description

TMR Media is seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our dynamic media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content on-site with clients and delivering organized raw footage to our post-production team. This role does not require editing; we’re looking for someone who excels at operating professional filming equipment, coordinating shoots, and ensuring we capture compelling visual content that aligns with our clients’ brand and project goals. Candidates should possess a strong eye for detail, technical proficiency in video production, excellent communication skills, and a passion for capturing authentic visual stories.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience in videography with a portfolio or reel demonstrating diverse shooting styles and projects
• Proficiency in operating professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras, etc.)
• Strong understanding of lighting setups, audio recording, and on-set production techniques
• Experience with organizing and exporting raw footage in industry-standard formats
• Familiarity with filming equipment such as gimbals, sliders, tripods, lighting kits, and microphones
• Knowledge of video production best practices from pre-production planning through footage delivery
• Strong understanding of composition, framing, and visual storytelling principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients on-site
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple shoots
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed

Preferred (Not Required):

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) for basic file management
• Experience shooting for advertising, marketing, or commercial content
• Understanding of social media content formats and best practices
