Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Strong foundation in Computer Science (CS).
• Proficiency in distributed computing frameworks such as Spark (preferred) or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and innovate solutions.
• Proficient in at least one of the programming languages: Python, Java, Scala, etc., with a firm grasp of programming basics and data structures.
• Hands-on experience in building data management solutions, including data pipelines, orchestration, and ingestion patterns (batch, real-time).
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions on distributed computing and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Good understanding of RDBMS; experience with ETL is preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Client-first mentality with an intense work ethic.
• Collaborative spirit and a problem-solving approach.

Additional Skills

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, data security, and experience in designing on cloud platforms.
• AWS Solutions Architect certification with a solid understanding of the broader AWS stack.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Willingness to travel to global offices as required for client engagements or internal project teams.

Hybrid Working Model
