Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science (CS).
- Proficiency in distributed computing frameworks such as Spark (preferred) or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and innovate solutions.
- Proficient in at least one of the programming languages: Python, Java, Scala, etc., with a firm grasp of programming basics and data structures.
- Hands-on experience in building data management solutions, including data pipelines, orchestration, and ingestion patterns (batch, real-time).
- Experience in designing and implementing solutions on distributed computing and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Good understanding of RDBMS; experience with ETL is preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Client-first mentality with an intense work ethic.
- Collaborative spirit and a problem-solving approach.
Additional Skills
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, data security, and experience in designing on cloud platforms.
- AWS Solutions Architect certification with a solid understanding of the broader AWS stack.
- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Willingness to travel to global offices as required for client engagements or internal project teams.

Hybrid Working Model
