Job Description

Position Title: Tech Team Supervisor

Reports To: Worship Director

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Pastors and other Ministry Directors (Microphones, Computer, PPT, and video set up, etc.).
• Prepare all sound, video, and computer equipment weekly for Sunday worship services, including testing batteries in wireless microphones, PA systems, computers, projectors, and graphics computers.
• Oversee the members of the Tech Team (Sound, Livestream, Lyrics, Lighting) to ensure optimal audio and video quality during services.
• Provide sound and video support for annual events such as Christmas concerts, Easter services, and other special occasions.
• Maintain all sound, video, and computer equipment, and inform the Worship Director of any needed replacements or repairs.
• Review and edit recordings of worship services for the TWC website and upload relevant audio files as podcasts.

Requirements

Experience:

• Sound Engineering: 2 years (Required)

Location: Satellite Beach, FL 32937 (Preferred)

Ability to Commute: Required in Satellite Beach, FL 32937

Work Location: In person

Additional Information

Compensation: This is a part-time position involving approximately 10 hours per week, paid at $25/hr depending on skill set and experience. Hours are expected to include 5 hours on Sunday mornings and an additional 5 hours during the week.

Hours and compensation: To be reviewed annually.
