Job Description

BDO Canada is seeking a Bilingual Content Marketing Manager for the Personal Debt Solutions (PDS) business line. The role involves overseeing PR initiatives, copywriting for multi-channel advertising, and managing digital marketing responsibilities including content marketing, SEO, CRM marketing, and social media. The successful candidate will work in Eastern Standard Time and will report to the Personal Debt Solutions Senior Manager, collaborating with stakeholders to drive content marketing campaigns and increase traffic to national and local websites.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Content Planning:

  • Develop content in support of the firm’s growth strategy in collaboration with the National PDS Marketplace team and external vendors.
  • Create and measure content marketing campaigns, contributing to the French content creation process and editorial calendar.
  • Utilize data and analytics for content strategy and monitor SEO performance.

Content Creation:

  • Research and create diverse content types including blogs, articles, and videos.
  • Manage external service providers for content translation and ensure brand consistency.

Content Distribution:

  • Collaborate on optimizing content for firm’s websites and social media channels.
  • Execute social media campaigns and analyze their performance.

Requirements

  • University degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of content creation experience, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Bilingual in English and French, with exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Experience with CMS and CRM platforms, and knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with analytics platforms.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with experience managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary Range

$92,000 - $138,000 per year.
